Orders placed after 10am EST will be prepared & packaged the next shipping day (Monday - Thursday). Saturday deliveries must be called in(301-765-8001) and confirmed.

Hoilday Shipment Schedule --There will be NO SHIPMMENTS Tuesday Dec. 23 Thru Sunday Dec 29. All orders placed after 10am on Monday Dec.22 will be shipped the following Monday Dec 29 due to the FedEX Holiday Rush.

Shipping takes thought and careful planning.

We have developed our own packing system that will keep perishables fresh and cool in transit for up to 48 hrs. We have negotiated a reduced shipping rate based on our volume and pass it directly to you. That is why we must charge a $7.00 handling fee per order to cover our cost. Shipping is available Monday thru Friday. Saturday delivery is available in most areas. Saturday deliveries must be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. In addition there is a $12.50 FedEx surcharge for all Saturday deliveries.

FedEx will not guarantee overnight deliveries if delayed by weather or make a delivery on Saturday unless a package is shipped accordingly. We do not require a signature upon delivery; it will be left at the door if no one is available to receive. This is necessary to avoid the package being returned to the Fed Ex facility and delivered the next day.

The Cadillac Crab Cake Company cannot take responsibility for packages left at the door. Therefore any spoilage due to same are NOT REFUNDABLE. However if a package arrives & is received on time that is spoiled please call our toll free # 877-203-5679 and we will replace or refund your order.

Please be aware that all orders are taken via the internet and are shipped via FedEx Overnight as described above. However rare it may be there are delays due to the internet service or FedEx service. A delay caused by the internet service may cause an order to be shipped a day late. A delay caused by FedEx will extend the shipping to part of a second day. We have packaged the orders to accommodate such an event. Therefore plan your orders accordingly. there will be no refunds for mentioned delays.
